Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TourTime listing tour pages and agent tools. By using TourTime, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate real estate listing, lead, and tour workflows.
Listing Pages
Listing agents are responsible for the accuracy of listing information they publish through TourTime and for having the rights needed to use listing photos, addresses, and related data.
Buyer Leads
If you unlock a virtual tour with Google or submit a tour/contact form, TourTime may send your provided name, email, and other lead details to the listing agent for that property.
Service Availability
TourTime may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to listing pages, third-party imports, payment tools, or email delivery.
